Entering the "Sensi Garden" wellness center is going to a place where time stops and invites you to total relaxation. The Ritual of the Senses has very ancient origins and has purifying, rejuvenating and regenerating properties of the body
In the first tepid environment, a purifier tea is tasted. In the second environment humidity ranges from 90 to 100%, the temperature ranges from 50 to 60 °
Here it is beneficial for deep cleansing and skin purification. Heat causes the pores to open up with increased sweating. The epidermis appears immediately lighter, elastic and soft, sweat removes numerous toxins and stimulates cellular renewal
The third environment is the Finnish sauna, here the high temperatures in a dry place bring many benefits on blood circulation to facilitate a better functioning of the metabolism and contribute to strengthening the immune system. Helps eliminate toxins, promotes recovery after physical activity, relaxes muscles, improves body temperature regulation, makes the skin softer and more toned.
