Structure

Campoverde Village-Residence is a tourist complex located within an 8-hectare pine forest, an extension of the natural oasis of the Cesine, a reserve protected by the WWF. The property is characterized by the presence of buildings with apartments and private houses, immersed in the exclusive context of a large and lush Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by Aleppo pines and eucalyptus that spread their scent throughout the village. Wide shaded avenues allow a pleasant and relaxing walk through the village to the beach and connect the apartments to the services of the complex: Sports Center, Beach, Restaurant, Reception. The privileged position, a few steps from the sea, the wide spaces for activities and the entrancing nature, make Campoverde Village-Residence an ideal choice for families and for those who love contact with nature.

Distance from the sea

The structure is between 300 and 600 meters from the sea (sandy beach) according to the layout of the housing units.

Housing units

Studios (from 2 to 4 beds): It consists of a living / dining area with kitchenette or kitchenette including electric stove, oven and fridge, television, a double bed and 1 or 2 armchair beds, bathroom with shower and electric boiler , balcony overlooking the pine forest equipped with table, chairs and clothesline
Two-room apartments (from 4 to 6 beds): Composed of a living-dining area with kitchenette or kitchenette including electric hob, oven and fridge, television, a double sofa bed or sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and electric boiler, balcony overlooking the pine forest equipped with table, chairs and clothesline.

Reception (8-23), lift, restaurant, bar, pool bar, garden, parking, entertainment, playground, outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas and loungers not allocated, children's pool, beach service, indoor pool, bike rental.

Friends of animals

Small pets allowed upon notification at the time of booking. There is an additional charge of € 100 per stay (to be paid locally).
